Watch the Muppets movie with the Blues

Cardiff Blues and Cineworld have teamed up to put on a special screening of the eagerly anticipated Muppets movie.

The screening will be held during half term at Cineworld, Cardiff on Wednesday 15th February, 1.30pm.

Cardiff Blues players will be at the Level 4 bar at Cineworld at 12:30pm to meet and greet young supporters ahead of watching the musical comedy.

Martyn Williams, Paul Tito, Casey Laulala, Deiniol Jones, Maama Molitika and Fau Filise will all be on hand to join in the fun as youngsters gear up to watch Kermit, Miss Piggy, Animal, Fozzie Bear and the rest of the gang in action.

Everyone who purchases a family ticket for the Blues v Connacht or Blues v Ulster match will be put into a draw to win a family ticket for two adults and two children for the special Muppet screening. Cardiff Blues family season ticket holders will also be included in this draw.

Family tickets (two adults and two children) cost £24 for Cardiff Blues matches.

In addition the Blues will be running a competition for Junior Club, Supporters Club and Junior Season Ticket Holder members to win five pairs of tickets for the film. Winners will be announced on Monday 13 February,

Speaking of the screening, Cardiff Blues flanker Martyn Williams said:

“My kids are huge Muppet fans so we are all really looking forward to seeing the new film.”

“It’s great that we can watch a film together with our young fans and it promises to be a great afternoon out.”

“We have teamed up with Cineworld previously and the whole squad came down to watch The Inbetweeners with the supporters which was great.”
