Cardiff Blues were delighted to launch their new website earlier this month – designed and developed by UpriseVSI.

The Cardiff-based web design and development agency were tasked with a complete overhaul of Wales’ Capital Region’s website, which would not just be fit for purpose but also an industry leader.

Since launching last month ago the home of Cardiff Blues has seen an increase in page views and numerous glowing reviews. The website not only boasts cutting edge design but also a vastly improved user experience, which is fully responsive to mobile and tablet devices.

Gareth Rees Jones, Managing Director of UpriseVSI commented: “We’re very proud to have worked with the Cardiff Blues on their new website.

“Our objective has been to provide a website which not only looks good but is also easy to use whatever device a visitor is viewing it on.  We are delighted that the feedback from the Blues and fans of the region has been so positive.”

UpriseVSI have extensive experience working within the sports industry and have developed digital platforms for Welsh Rugby Union, Jacksonville Jaguars, Badminton England, Glamorgan Cricket and the Football Association of Wales Trust

The new Cardiff Blues website is part of the region’s commitment to improving and building upon their digital presence and communication with supporters.

Mike Brown, Cardiff Blues’ Head of Communications and Marketing, said: “Launching our new website is the latest step in modernising and updating our digital presence and improving the way in which we communicate with our supporters and key stakeholders.

“UpriseVSI were the perfect choice to work with being a local company, who are passionate about Cardiff Blues and already have an impressive track record within the sports industry.

“Improving the look, feel and user experience was at the heart of the project, while also ensuring the site was fully compatible on multiple platforms.

“We wanted a website to match our ambition on the pitch and we have been delighted with the finished result.”
