Supporters are advised that the Ticket Office at BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park will now be located in the Club Shop throughout the week as we strive to give fans the best possible experience when they visit the home of Cardiff Blues.
Fans will now be able to buy tickets to forthcoming matches and events plus merchandise from the Club Shop – next to main reception - in the week during office hours.
The match day Ticket Office – located at the Angel Hotel entrance – will now only be open the day before fixtures and on game day itself for match day sales and collections.
John Exintaris, Ticket Office Manager at Cardiff Blues, said: “We want supporters to have the best possible experience and customer service every time they visit BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park and so will be combining the Ticket Office and Club Shop into one location.
“This will create a one-stop shop for all ticketing and retail requests in the week while the Ticket Office by the Angel Hotel entrance will now be open 24 hours before fixtures and on match days to deal with demand.
“We thank fans for their understanding and patience during this move and I would reassure them that ticket sales, both online and over the phone, will in no way be interrupted by this relocation.”
