Pontyclun Under 11s returned from Cornwall this week after a very enjoyable trip to the southern tip of England.
The team played three matches on Saturday and Sunday and got off to a great start with victory against Redruth by three tries to nil. The boys were outstanding in coping with different English rules, such as a 5 man scrum pushing and the winning continued with success against Penzance 42-14 and Truro 21-7.
Under 11s Co-ordinator Sue Rees said,
"We all had a wonderful time. The boys were exceptionally well behaved and a credit to Welsh Rugby on and off the field."
