I have received reports of comments made by WRU Group Chief Executive David Moffett regarding the current situation with regional rugby and specifically Cardiff Blues and Cardiff RFC. Consequently Chief Executive Robert Norster and myself have requested, as a matter of urgency, a meeting with Mr Moffett to hear his concerns directly.
