New for 2016 - Cardiff Blues Skills Centre

2nd January 2016

The game of rugby has evolved since going professional but the required skills needed to become a complete player haven't changed. You are still required to catch and pass, run, defend and decision make.

At the Cardiff Blues Skills Centre - based at BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park - we will help you develop these key Core Skills in a safe, fun, professional environment.

We work with pupils from Years 2 to 9 (age 6 to 14) and offer a complete rugby experience that will enhance playing skills and improve pupil’s confidence, overall health and well-being.

Our programmes are carefully constructed and focus on the latest up to date rugby specific core skills required to become a better all-round player.

Whilst the programme will be challenging, Skills Centre have a big focus on making this experience as enjoyable as possible.
