Maama Molitika's message to fans is 'Be Cool' for this weekend's Saturday Night Fever 70's night match against the Dragons.

It's 70's night at the next Cardiff Blues match when they take on Newport Gwent Dragons on Saturday 18 September, 6.30pm kick off.
The Blues are urging the fans to get into the spirit of things and don their best 70's costumes for the evening which promises to be another great event.

The Cardiff Blues supporters' quarter under the Canton Stand has already hosted two themed nights with the Martyn Williams Testimonial match carrying a Beach Party theme and a Back to School theme for the Edinburgh game. Thousands of supporters have already enjoyed the entertainment and the Blues are encouraging more fans to turn up for the 70's night against the Dragons.

Speaking ahead of the match Cardiff Blues back row forward Maama Molitika said,

"I think the themed events are fantastic. They really add to the atmosphere for the supporters especially those who visit the Supporters Quarter under the Canton stand."

"All the players who aren't playing in the matches go along to meet the fans and the feedback that we've had from them has been great."

"The 70's theme should be a lot of fun and we enjoyed dressing up for the photos although some of the players did say I looked like Shaft."

The South Wales Echo are running a competition to win four tickets for the match in today's (Monday) sport supplement.
