Saturday saw the return of the ever popular Ladies Day at Cardiff Blues
The event kicked off with ladies being welcomed with a champagne reception, canapés and cakes! All those that attended the event had a complimentary goody bag that contained vouchers, mugs, beauty products and chocolates, much to the delight of the guests.
The event was held in the impressive glass fronted lounge that overlooks the pitch on Level 4. The lounge had a number of activities and stalls for the ladies, to enjoy before the game. Ladies had the opportunity to have a make over with Capital, purchase jewellery designed by Mrs Jo Bangles and much more. Guests where also entertained by singer Emma Love and even had the chance to meet the Grand Slam heroes for autographs and photos.
Cardiff Blues would like to thank all the ladies that attended the event, as well as the companies that provided gifts and ran stalls. They helped make the event such a huge success. A special mention of thanks should also go to Nolan UPV for their big prize draw. We are pleased to announce the two lucky winners:Louise Hammond from Caerphilly, who has won a Beautylishus Spa voucher and Kelly Gaffney from Rogerstone, who has won a speedway Grand Prix voucher.
Cardiff Blues ran another raffle with the funds raised going to Velindre. Prizes were kindly donated by John Lewis, Mrs Jo Bangles, Identilase, Lulu and Boo. The winners are: Eleanor West, Kelly Protheroe, Kath Taylor, Sarah Williams and Kelly Langford.
