The bi-weekly show, hosted by Karl Kruger, gives supporters exclusive access to players, coaches, management and sponsors throughout the season.
Joining Karl for Episode One of the Cardiff Blues Podcast was chief executive Richard Holland, head coach John Mulvihill and new club captain Ellis Jenkins.
