Cardiff Blues will face Stade Francais in their play-off semi-final for the last remaining place in the European Champions Cup.
Three consecutive wins in the closing weeks of the Guinness PRO12 ensured Danny Wilson’s side finished in seventh position.
And as a result they will play Stade, who finished seventh in France’s Top 14. They will travel to face the Parisian outfit at Stade Jean Bouin on the weekend of Friday, May 19 – Sunday, May 21.
Should the Blues triumph in France they will then face the winner of Northampton Saints v Connacht, unless Gloucester lift the European Challenge Cup and take their place.
Exact dates and kick-off times for all fixtures will be finalised shortly.
