Hooker and captain, Aneurin James, is one of six Pontypridd RFC products included in the starting line-up.
Kieran Gough and Lloyd Wilkins will link up at half-back, with Will Clapham, Dafydd Thomas and Iwan Price Thomas lining up as outside backs.
Following tonight's game, Cardiff Blues North will welcome RGC 1404 U16's to The Wern on Sunday, February 5.
