Cardiff Blues take the field at the Arms Park for the first time this evening when they entertain Leicester Tigers in the bmibaby Challenge Cup match (kick-off 7.05pm). Coach David Young has announced a 22-man Blues’ squad, led in Martyn Williams’ absence by Andrew Lewis.

TINY’S LUCKY TICKET COMPETITION - WIN WIN WIN!
One lucky supporter at the Cardiff Blues versus Leicester Tigers match this Friday will win tiny's lucky ticket competition. As well as sponsoring the match, bmibaby, the airline with tiny fares, are offering one of our fans the chance to win up to £100 worth of flights. We will announce which ticket is the winner at half-time.

JUNIORS, DRAW TINY TO WIN A FANTASTIC PRIZE!
A competition for juniors will be held in the Family Lounge before the match against Leicester Tigers at the Arms Park on 22nd August. The five best drawings of tiny, will win bmibaby prizes, with all entrants receiving a prize.

NEWS FROM THE REGION
Cardiff RFC began their pre-season with a fifty point victory against Rumney. The game was used to blood a number of young players and was described as “a successful start to the campaign” by Mike Rayer. The final score was Rumney 12 Cardiff 64. The second Cardiff pre-season friendly is against Glamorgan Wanderers on Saturday August 30th, kick off is midday. www.cardiffrfc.co.uk
