Cardiff Blues and The Indigo Group are delighted to announce the continuation of their commercial partnership.
The Indigo Group, who joined forces with Cardiff Blues last year, offer a range of connected business services including, commercial subcontracting, CIS management, outsourced payroll, and supply chain assurance all delivered through their market leading platform.
The mutually beneficial relationship has gone from strength to strength during that time and Indigo Group will remain on the shoulder of all first team jerseys during the 2020-21 season.
Cardiff Blues Chief Operating Officer, Rhys Blumberg said: “We are really pleased to continue our partnership with The Indigo Group following a successful first year working together.
“Indigo are a national company who do a huge amount for Welsh rugby and our communities. There is a lot of alignment between our brands and we have been delighted with the way our relationship has worked, so we are now looking forward to strengthening that during the exciting season ahead.
“They are in the process of launching their supply chain platform into other sectors including sport with particular emphasis on community club rugby. The platform helps demonstrate due care around the return to play post Covid-19 and supports more general compliance challenges such as training accreditations, DBS checks and first aid certification.
“We look forward to being able to help Indigo make governance and safety much easier for community clubs in the future”
Indigo Group are the latest major company to pledge their support to Cardiff Blues following the announcement of MSS Group as Principal Partner, the renewal of LexisNexis Risk Solutions and Uber Eats coming on board.
Indigo Group CEO, Ian Cole-Wilkins added: “We are delighted to be able to continue to support Cardiff Blues in a period that has been very tough for business and communities alike.
“The Indigo Group is a business that values local and community relationships and we believe it is important to continue to demonstrate our commitment to those values.
“We wish the Blues and all the community clubs in the region a successful 2020-2021 season, with hopefully some silverware to celebrate along the way.”
