Busy half term week for the Blues ahead of Ulster match

16th February 2012

There has been a host of activities for Cardiff Blues supporters to enjoy during half term

The Blues kicked off half term with their ever popular coaching camps held at Cardiff Athletic Stadium, Leckwith. The camps are run by the Blues regional development staff and are open to boys and girls aged 7-16 years, who enjoyed meeting Andries Pretorius and Fau Filise. The players passed on some valuable tips to the youngsters who no doubt benefited from learning from the Blues stars.

The Blues have been actively promoting their match against Ulster this Friday with front page adverts in the Echo, ticket promotions on Captial FM, city centre billboard advertising, electronic flyers, Twitter and Facebook posts, as well as flyering at the Media Wales promotional stand in Cardiff city centre and at the Millennium Stadium.

The highlight for many youngsters was a special screening of the new Muppets film at Cineworld attended by Cardiff Blues star players: Maama Molitika, Fau Filise, Martyn Williams, Casey Laulala and Deiniol Jones.

Family tickets to watch the Blues take on Ulster on Friday, 7.05pm kick off, in the Family Stand at the Arms Park are on sale now, priced at £20 for two adults and two children.
The Blues will be selling tickets at the Arms Park ticket office, at the Angel Hotel entrance, priced at £15 for adults and £5 for under 16's. Tickets can also be purchased online at www.cardiffblues.com or by calling the ticket office on 0845 345 1400.
