The Blues U18s take on Northampton Academy U19s at Franklins Gardens tomorrow night (Wednesday 30 November) 6.30pm kick off.
The Blues are trying to push the boundaries at age grade level playing against the English academy teams. This is the second fixture of its kind this season as the Blues have hosted the Leicester Tigers back in November.
The 25 Man squad will be travelling up to the match tomorrow, leaving Arms Park at 1pm.
Speaking of the fixture Gafyn Cooper, Regional High Performance manager said,
It is important that our young elite players are exposed to different environments. We want to be measured against not just the best in Wales but want to test ourselves against the best academies in England. I am trying really hard to incorporate fixtures against the best English teams around our the very competitive Reebok regional championships
