The Blues have named a 22-man squad for this evening's conditioning match at the Dairy Field, Llanharan (kick-off 7.15pm)
Assistant coach Geraint John siad, "We have one or two injuries at the moment but the players involved this evening will benefit from this conditioning game against a combined side."
All eight Blues' players selected for the Wales tour to North America are included in the squad.
Unavailable for selection were Nathan Thomas (shoulder), Martin Jones (elbow), Shaun James (hamstring), Matthew Nuthall (shoulder) and Lee Thomas (knee).
The opposition will be provided by a combination of Llanharan, Cardiff and Glamorgan Wanderers club players.
