Cardiff Blues U16/18/20 squads have been training hard since late June under the watchful eye of Regional Performance Manager Gafyn Cooper and his team of coaches at the Treforest and Whitchurch bases.
The players have gone through an exhaustive training programme and we are confident that the squads chosen will acquit themselves well in the upcoming WRU championships.
The Regional championships kick-off on the first week-end in September and sees the Blues South U16 entertain the Ospreys at Llanrumney Playing Fields on Saturday 3rd September (kick-off 11am), and the Under 18s take on the Dragons at the Arms Park on Sunday 4th September (kick-off 12pm).
