Cardiff Blues South return to action for the second block of fixtures this afternoon, ahead of Tuesday's derby against Cardiff Blues North at Sardis Road (KO 7.00pm).
Ed Lewis, Odin Pronk and Jack Dixon are named as the back three, with Joe Patterson playing alongside Craig Miller in midfield.
Ioan Lewis is partnered by James Beetham link up at half back, while Dylan Rigby, Emyr Jones and Gruff Roberts combine in the back row.
The front row is made up of Luke Williamson, Harry Boxhall and Harry O'Connor, while Cameron Roy and Anthony Cox complete the pack in the second row.
