Cardiff Blues Under 18 have named their side to face their Scarlets counterparts at Sardis Road on Tuesday evening (KO 6.00pm).
Cardiff Blues secured a 31-19 victory when the two sides met at BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park in January.
The Blues scored five tries on the night, with try-scorers Ben Thomas, Rhys Davies, Ben Warren and Ieuan Morris all featuring in the rematch at Pontypridd.
