Robin Sowden-Taylor back playing

28th February 2007

Cardiff Blues can confirm that Robin Sowden Taylor will be playing for Glamorgan Wanderers this Saturday in their Principality Premiership match against seventh placed Aberavon.

The match against the Wizards will be played at the Talbot Athletic Ground this Saturday 2.30pm kick off.

Speaking today in the Blues Training Centre Robin said:

“It has been a long road back to recovery but with the help of the medical team I’m delighted to be having a game again at last. The coaching staff felt it would be best for me to have a game for one of our feeder clubs before putting myself forward for selection for the Blues. I’m really looking forward to it and joining up with the boys at the Wanderers.”

Rhys Williams and Andy Powell have also progressed well from their injuries and should be putting themselves forward for selection over the next week or two.
