During the first week of the Summer holidays Sport.Cardiff Week at Cardiff Athletics Stadium sprints in to action.
Sport.Cardiff Week will take place every day of the ffrom Monday 25th July until Friday 29th and offers sports fanatics across Cardiff the chance to participate in all number of sports. Professional coaches will be on hand to pass on tips and skills in rugby and football to cricket, hockey and basketball.
It costs £10 per child for a full day at the event, but thanks to our partnership with Cardiff Council we can offer one lucky Blues.com reader and a friend aged 8-11 years old the chance to take part on any day they choose for FREE.
The sessions will run from 9am to 4.30pm. Parental attendance is not required although each child should bring a packed lunch.
