The Blues' Heineken Cup play -off opponents have been confirmed as Arix Viadana, after they were defeated in the Italian Super 10 semi-final to Ghial Calvisano.
The one-off game on 29 May at the Stadio Invernici, Brescia (1700 BST) will decide who claims the final berth in next season's Heineken Cup competition.
Viadana finished second at the end of the league season.
