Blues South and Scarlets finished joint top of their age grade group so the one-off finale looks set to provide a grandstand finish. On the same day the WRU Championship u20s Final takes place and with the Blues team just missing out on a place in the showpiece, it will be left to Scarlets and Ospreys to battle it out.
