Pupils across Cardiff look forward to the regular visits of the Capital Rugby team to their school each term.
Recently the Capital Rugby team were pleased to welcome Australian coach Ryan Westaway to their number as unfortunately popular development officer, John Huw Williams has been unwell.
We caught up with Ryan at a recent visit to Hawthorn Junior School, in Cardiff were the children enjoyed a skills session with their mentor.
