Last Thursday Bruiser, the Easter Bunny and three Cardiff Blues players entered into the Easter Sprit and attended a special signing at the Stadium Store.
It was an action packed afternoon, the highlight being the arrival of Tom James, Daffydd Hewitt and Ben White, who signed autographs and mingled with the supporters.
All week junior supporters had been sending in entries for the Blues Easter colouring competition, which was judged last Thursday by the players. Three winners were chosen, with each one receiving a special Easter treat.
Stadium Store manager Helen Jackson was delighted with the number of entries and the success of the signing- “We had so many wonderful entries, the children had obviously put a lot of effort into the competition, I was glad I wasn’t choosing the winner.”
“The afternoon went really well and I would like to thank everybody who visited, there was a real buzz around the store. I would especially like to thank Maerdy Rugby Cub who brought down over 30 children to the signing.”
