Working with the head coach Wayne Ford, the backs coach will be responsible for the planning, development and delivery of a successful Canton XV coaching and playing programme.
The successful applicant will be responsible, by example for setting the highest standards for the squad and its support staff. He/she will have the skills and knowledge to help players to reach their full potential.
Ideally the candidate should be qualified to Level 1 or above and have obtained experience of coaching adult rugby at club level. Travelling expenses are available and negotiable for the right candidate.
Canton RFC has a number of overseas trips lined up for the year 2011 including, France, Malta and Italy.
