Further to the information pack issued to season ticket holders in August, the Cardiff Blues Ticket Office can now confirm the ticket procedure for these fans in relation to the Heineken Cup match against Gloucester on 19th October, to be played at the Millennium Stadium.
Please note the following vital information:
- All season ticket holders MUST claim their free ticket for the Gloucester game, in advance from the Cardiff Blues Ticket Office, in order to gain access to the Millennium Stadium.

Season ticket holders will be allocated a seat in the Middle Tier of the Millennium Stadium, comparative to their seat at Cardiff Arms Park where applicable.

All season ticket holders must claim their priority tickets by Sunday 5th October.

The production of a Cardiff Blues season ticket will not admit you to the Millennium Stadium.

Season ticket holders also have an option to buy one additional ticket at the discount price of £10 for an aduilt or £2.50 for a junior.
To make it easier for season ticket holders, there are a number of ways to claim your Millennium Stadium ticket.
At Cardiff Blues v Connacht game - We will be issuing tickets from the Pack Lounge, behind the Club Shop from half time during the Connacht game on Friday 26th September. This service will continue until one hour after final whistle.
By Post - All season ticket holders have been issued with a letter outlining the procedures, with a form on the reverse to be returned to the ticket office. Once the completed form has been recevied the Ticket Office will post out your ticket.
Online - Tickets can be claimed and purchased online at www.cardiffblues.com/tickets
Personal Callers - Tickets can be issued on production of a Cardiff Blues season ticket from the Ticket Office or Arms Park Shop - free parking is available. The normal office hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. In addition the Arms Park shop is open Saturdays 10am - 3pm and later on match days. Furthermore the Ticket Office will be open on Saturday 4th October and Sunday 5th October from 10.00am to 4.00pm.
