Cardiff Blues stars Rhys Williams, Xavier Rush, Rhys Thomas and Scott Morgan will be joining thousands of other runners in this Saturday's Sport Relief Mile held at Cardiff Civic Centre and Sobells Leisure Centre in Aberdare.
Last time around, more than 80,000 people came together from all over the UK to take part in the first ever Sport Relief Mile.
Cardiff Blues and Wales hooker Rhys Thomas commented,
"It's great that so many people are taking part in this event it should be fun but also raises a lot of money for good causes.
"I'm happy to be taking part and looking forward to participating with hopefully thousands of other people"
At last yearÂ’s event the participants varied in ability dramatically from novice runners to five time Olympic champions, to teenagers in trendy trainers and families in fancy dress - everyone went the extra mile together, raised cash that helped to change thousands of lives and had a fantastic, unforgettable day while they were at it!
