Enjoy a fun packed morning learning new rugby skills with the Capital Rugby coaches.
There are two courses being staged this week at Canton RFC. The course is FREE to all junior members and £5 to non-members.
The first course, for juniors aged 6-10, took place on Monday 27th October. Juniors aged 11-16 are welcome on Wednesday 29th October to join in the coaching. To reserve your place please complete the attached booking form (available to download at the bottom of the page).
Following the launch of the new rugby structure in Wales, we are pleased to be able to stage the course at Canton RFC, a club within the region with excellent faciltiies, and hope that this trend of working with clubs within the community can be continued in future years.
Arrival at 9.30am is requested in order for registration to be completed and coaching to commence at 10am. It is anticipated that the course will finish at 12 noon approximately. The courses are weather permitting so if in doubt contact the club on the morning of the course.
