Former Blues, Wales and British Lions rugby star Gareth 'Alfie' Thomas will be signing in the Cardiff Arms Park shop this Saturday, ahead of the Wales v New Zealand match
Last month saw the launch of Garteh ‘Alife’ Thomas’ first fitness DVD in which he has enlisted the help of some of his high profile celebrity friends. The DVD is filmed in a number of locations across Wales and Los Angeles including scenes in Mickey Rourke’s Beverly Hills home, Hollywood and the Sugarhut nightclub in Essex.
The DVD, which has been developed and co-presented by Welsh fitness instructor Nikki O’Connell, focuses on a total body workout with each day devoted to a different area such as legs, Bums and Tums, Upper Body Blast and LA Abs. The DVD offers a seven day workout to suit all ages and all levels.
Part of the proceeds from the DVD will go to The Gareth Thomas Foundation for Music and Sport, which aims to provide young people with access to music and sport.
The DVD is available to purchase in the Arms Park store and Gareth ‘Aflie’ Thomas will be in store this Saturday from 3pm until 4pm.
