In poor conditions the Blues 18s managed to build a good first half lead with tries by Callum Lewis and fellow front rower Ethan Lewis. Gareth Thompson converting. RGC full back Dion Jones and Blues Thompson added penalties to the score making it 17pts to 3pts in the Blues favour at the interval.

With the elements in the Blues favour a further three tries were scored by James Sheeky, Gareth Thompson and a second by Callum Lewis. A very good all-round performance by the young Blues.
